MM8SaveEdit

If you're using Windows Notepad to view this:

   - pull down your Edit menu
   - Make sure the "Word Wrap" option is checked.

An MM8 Saved Game editor that handles party and character statistics, character skills and
spells, and character inventory.

Full GUI, written in Java 2 using the Swing interfaces with windows look and feel.

Requires:
 
- Java 2 runtimes on your machine (download free from Sun - minimum size is 5MB).
- at least 800 x 600 screen resolution

To install:

- Unzip the MM8SaveEdit.zip file into its own directory (be sure to retain subfolder names).

- Open up the DOCS directory in the result and point your browser to "index.html" for detailed
instructions on how to get it running and how to use it.

The sample file MM8SaveEdit.bat is supplied to illustrate a way to create a clickable Windows invocation of MM8SaveEdit.  If you get the .bat file right on your machine, you can just double click it to open MM8SaveEdit.
